Real Estate Market Update – Edmond, Deer Creek, OKC, Yukon and Mustang
Heading into 4th Quarter! I always think of the football players holding up the number “four” high above their heads in team solidarity, signaling their intent to compete with utmost intensity through the final minutes of play. Across the field, the other team does, too… As we head into 4th quarter for the local Real Estate Market, the number of closed sales is starting to even out a bit with last year. Total sales for the entire OKC MLS was up 9.5% in June (YTD) and now only up by 6.6% (YTD).
