This was a September to Remember in terms of our local real estate market. This past month there were 2681 closed sales in the OKC Metro, a 28% increase over last September. To quote Earth Wind & Fire… “Ba De Ya… Dancing in September!”
Low interest rates have continued to fuel home purchases and New Home starts. Also – Oklahoma currently has the 10th best employment rates (according to BLS.gov). As our local jobs market stays strong – so will the housing values.
