CENTURY 21 here with your current market update. These are numbers for May 2022.
Right now in our market we have a 40-day supply that’s across the entire mls.

Now let’s talk about days on market – the average days on market in Oklahoma City mls right now is 19 days – but for the
good properties the ones that are in the best condition… in the best locations… only four days!

Let’s move on to pricing. The average sale price in our market right now is $296,000. That’s up from $259,000 last May.
That’s a 14% year-over-year increase. Lastly, Everyone loves talking about price per square foot. Right now the average sits at $156 per square foot up from last
year’s average (for May) of $133 per square foot.
